Our recruitment processes in line with employment laws, including: ‘right to work’ document checks; contracts of employment and checks to ensure everyone employed is 16 and above. We also make sure our people are aware of their contractual and statutory employment rights. Combined with this each year we ensure that our pay and rewards are reviewed to ensue they maintain the market related level of pay for all of our employees.
